How it Works
QSRs are Lovin’ Operational Simplification with SAO®
SAO® is an approved sanitizer for up to 24 hours and a cleaner for up to six days. This simplified process dramatically reduces training and cleaning time.
The Science
Step 1. Using patented technology, cold tap water enters the cartridge where food grade resins remove select minerals.
Step 2. The solution then passes through the lotus® PRO dispenser, where oxygen (O2) is converted to ozone (O3).
Step 3. The ozone (O3) is then infused into the filtered water to create Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO®).
Step 4. SAO® is an oxidant and attacks dirt and germs to clean, sanitize, and deodorize surfaces.
